How long does a custom model take? ▾
Simple models typically take 3–5 business days. Complex multi-part models or characters take 7–14 days. We always confirm the timeline before starting.
Can I sell items printed from your models? ▾
Yes! Commercial license is available for all custom orders. Just mention it in your request and we'll include it in the quote.
What file formats do you deliver? ▾
We deliver print-ready STL files optimized for FDM printing. On request we can also provide OBJ, STEP, or source files.
How many revisions are included? ▾
Simple models include 2 revision rounds. Complex and production models include unlimited revisions until you're fully satisfied.
How do I pay? ▾
We accept PayPal, crypto, and bank transfer. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Payment details are shared after we confirm your project.
Do you work with businesses? ▾
Absolutely. We work with small businesses, Etsy sellers, cosplay makers, and product companies. Contact us with your volume needs.
